The Anastasi System of Psychic Development Level 1: Fundamentals

A beginner's course preparing and developing the mental, intuitive and physical bodies of the student through processes of meditation, visualization and other techniques geared to raise consciousness, balance the right and left hemispheres of the brain, bridge the conscious mind and open the chakras or energy centers. Practical techniques of protection, long distance viewing, self hypnosis, telepathy and dream interpretation are presented. Of benefit to all levels of proficiency.
